The Vision Begins
In the early 1990s, as the world began to witness the rapid globalization of economies, two professionals—each with decade of experience in aviation, logistics and marketing—saw a growing gap. Sajeev and Akriti, visionaries who had dedicated their life to these industries, recognized that while opportunities were expanding, the pipeline of skilled professionals was lagging. There was a pressing need for education and training that not only taught the technicalities of the job but nurtured leadership, problem-solving, and a global perspective.
Through years of hands-on experience, Sajeev and Akriti with their team encountered countless young professionals with dreams of soaring high in their careers but lacking structured guidance and practical knowledge. They knew the industries inside out, but their true passion became clear—to give back and contribute to the next generation by offering the tools they never had when starting out.
